Michael A. Cirelli, President

Michael A. Cirelli is an industry luminary and is nationally recognized. He is widely known for his recruiting expertise and knowledge in the Insurance and Financial Services Industry by the major life insurance companies and producer groups including: Guardian, MassMutual, Minnesota Mutual/Securian, MetLife, New York Life, MONY, AXA Financial, John Hancock, Prudential, New England Financial, Lincoln Financial, Union Central, National Life, Jefferson Pilot, M Financial Group, and Partners. Mr. Cirelli is also recognized on the national seminar talk circuit as an expert on national MDRT, Court of the Table, and Top of the Table recruiting programs where he continues to coach senior and field management on effective experienced agent recruiting techniques.

Before founding Park Avenue Group Consulting, Mr. Cirelli spent several years of his career in the insurance industry both in the career agency and independent PPGA systems. While at John Hancock Life Insurance Company he received "Honor Club" and "New Agent of the Year", recognition, and successfully completed his LUTCF and CIC certifications.

Mr. Cirelli joined Grayling Associates where he made his mark as a Financial and Insurance Executive Recruiter, specializing in the recruiting of MDRT, Court of the Table, and Top of the Table Producers. As their leading recruiter he was awarded "Recruiter of the Year" for seven consecutive years and became nationally recognized as a leader in recruiting high-end producers, 1st Line managers and significant producer groups. Mr. Cirelli soon moved into the role of Vice President of Recruiting.

In 2001 Mr. Cirelli developed a national MDRT recruiting program for MetLife. He was invited by MetLife's senior management to serve on the board of directors Career Development Recruiting Division to help implement, coach and manage this national MDRT experienced agent recruiting program. Mr. Cirelli's direct contributions resulted in a robust national program that continues to be the centerpiece of MetLife's ongoing MDRT recruitment effort.

The company's immediate success in making them the leading experienced agent and sales management recruiting firm in the industry was contributed to an aggressive and highly specialized recruiting style. Park Avenue Group Consulting went on to pilot several aggressive national experienced recruiting programs for such companies as Amerprise Financial, Guardian, New York Life, National Life Group and some of the largest IMO's and FMO's in the country, including Senior Benefit Services/AVIVA.

Nearly 1780 experienced candidates and over $300 million dollars in new FYC's (first year commissions) later Mr. Cirelli has earned the respect of the insurance and financial services industry. In, fact many of the top field management from the largest and more prestigious companies still work with him personally.

Today, Mr. Cirelli is on the cutting edge of proactive recruiting. He has developed the "Pathways" experienced agent recruiting program. Mr. Cirelli is a graduate of the University of Connecticut where he received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Economics.
